We recently moved in to an old property with electric heaters and no gas supply to the house, I reached out to Transcrew to enquire about an Air source heat pump and spoke with Joe and he was very knowledgable and helped me come to the decision to get the ashp fitted. After speaking with Joe on a Friday, we made the decision to go with it and he had a team at my house that next Monday morning starting installation. The team that fitted the ashp and all new pipe work and radiators were fantastic. Graham, Weston and Ben are all very knowledgeable about the system, great tradesmen and were very happy to answer any questions and thoroughly explain everything that we asked. After installation, there was a couple of problems with the heat pump itself (no fault of Transcrew or the installers), but the team identified the issues and resolved them straight away. We couldn’t be happier with the service and I would recommend these guys to anybody who is looking to install an ashp to their home. A very good company, from a very happy customer!

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Our heat pump installation was okay but not the smoothest. Everything is working, time it took was fine and price wise fair. But the communication was problematic. The installation was happening while we were away and we got back to a cold house without getting any notice about that beforehand. They also did not tell us that they couldn't do the placement of hot water tank on one side of a cabinet -which we agreed on- but took up all the space. We counted on using half of the cabinet and are still struggling to arrange furniture in that room due to that. One more thing was a mis-wiring of a Homely smart control. It was easy to change but took a couple of days to figure it out and we did it ourselves in the end to not delay having everything set up any longer. Overall, an honest, good company but communication is not their strength.

The scheme is perfect for installers who are working towards their MCS certification, don't want to spend time on MCS paperwork, or want to focus on installing heat pumps and leave the compliance to us. Whether you're experienced or just starting out, there's a package to suit your skill level.

We offer three packages tailored to different experience levels. The Basic Pack is for highly skilled installers who can design and install systems independently but need help with MCS paperwork. The Intermediate Pack adds commissioning support and design approval. The Pro Pack includes everything, plus a dedicated account manager trained in heat pump installations and low-temperature system design for full support throughout every project.

Depending on your chosen package, Transcrew supplies the heat pump, cylinder, controls, and installation pack, and handles all MCS paperwork and certification. Pro and Intermediate packages also include commissioning. The Pro package adds heat loss calculations, full system design, and a dedicated account manager.
